We recommend that your espresso machine be serviced at 12- 18 months’ intervals and only filtered and softened water be used. Well maintained machine and equipment will give a lifetime of reliable service and produce outstanding quality of coffee.
We offer reasonably priced service for all the espresso machines and stock range of universal and original parts. Please call for further advice and booking for full service.
Our services include;
We are at your service Monday to Sunday should any problem arise from your espresso machine. One of our qualified mobile technician will usually attend and repair or replace your espresso machine. There is a typical callout fee and terms which will be informed at the point of contact.
The results of untreated water on espresso machine can be catastrophic. Build up of scale within the boiler and heat exchanger can result reduction in temperature from the group heads followed by deuteriation of the machine as it becomes choked by scale. We recommend that the ctu unites are serviced every 12 months.

Recommended for any machine once every 12 months or always recommended for second hand equipment. This is done off site with a working loan machine provided during the process. Our work consists of the followings.
