After Sales Service

We know how important it is for you to be able to serve the best coffee at all times.

If you have a service problem we are at the end of the phone for you seven days a week. if we are unable to solve the problem, we will have one of our engineers come out to you, usually the same day, but always within 24 hrs.

We have a small team of dedicated engineers who are on call, and ready to deal with any problems that may arise with your equipment.

If we need take your machine away, we can provide a courtesy machine so that you can continue trading with minimal disturbance.
